Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with the products that you receive, you may return them to us within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- You must contact us by email at hello@creaturecadets.com before returning any products and provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
- The products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- The products must not be damaged, defective or faulty due to misuse, abuse or improper handling by you.
- The products must not be perishable, personalised, custom-made or special-order items.
- You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us. We recommend that you use a trackable and insured delivery service.
- You must return the products within 30 days of receiving our approval for return.
We will inspect the returned products and process your refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving them. We will refund you using the same payment method that you used for your order. We will not refund any delivery charges unless the products are faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive any products that are faulty, defective, damaged or not as described on this website, please contact us by email at hello@creaturecadets.com as soon as possible and provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, and photos of the issue.
We will assess your claim and offer you a repair, replacement or refund at our discretion, subject to applicable laws. We will cover the cost of returning the faulty or incorrect products to us and delivering the repaired or replaced products to you.
How to Return Products
To return products to us, please follow these steps:
- Contact us by email at hello@creaturecadets.com and provide your order number, product details and reason for return. We will reply with a return authorisation number and instructions on where to send the products.
- Pack the products securely in their original packaging with all tags attached and include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation email.
- Write the return authorisation number clearly on the outside of the package and send it to the address we provide you by email.
- Keep the tracking number of your return shipment and email it to us so we can track your return.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 days and notify you by email.
