These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and the purchase of products from it. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

- "You" and "your" refer to the customer who places an order through this website.
- "Products" refer to the goods or services that we offer for sale on this website.
- "Order" refers to the request for products that you submit through this website.
Ordering
You can place an order through this website by following the instructions on the checkout page. You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your name, email address, delivery address, phone number and payment details. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order that is incomplete, incorrect or fraudulent.
We will send you an email confirmation when we receive your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order or a contract of sale. We will accept your order and form a contract of sale with you when we dispatch the products to you and send you an email confirmation of dispatch.
We may limit the quantity of products that you can order or the delivery locations that we can ship to. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason.
Payment
You must pay for your order in full at the time of placing it through this website. We accept payment with most major credit and debit cards. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or fees that may apply to your order.
We use Stripe, a secure payment gateway, to process your payment. We do not store or have access to your credit card details. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are valid and up to date.
Delivery
We will deliver the products to the address that you provide when placing your order. We use reputable delivery partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of your order. However, we are not liable for any delays, losses or damages that may occur during transit.
We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 business days of receiving it, subject to availability of stock. We will notify you if there are any delays or issues with your order. The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the delivery method that you choose. 
You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive and sign for your order at the delivery address. If no one is available, our delivery partner may leave a card with instructions on how to collect or rearrange delivery of your order. You may also be charged a redelivery fee if your order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with the products that you receive, you may return them to us within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- You must contact us by email at hello@creaturecadets.com before returning any products and provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
- The products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- The products must not be damaged, defective or faulty due to misuse, abuse or improper handling by you.
- The products must not be perishable, personalised, custom-made or special-order items.
- You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us. We recommend that you use a trackable and insured delivery service.
- You must return the products within 30 days of receiving our approval for return.
We will inspect the returned products and process your refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving them. We will refund you using the same payment method that you used for your order. We will not refund any delivery charges unless the products are faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive any products that are faulty, defective, damaged or not as described on this website, please contact us by email at hello@creaturecadets.com as soon as possible and provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, and photos of the issue.
We will assess your claim and offer you a repair, replacement or refund at our discretion, subject to applicable laws. We will cover the cost of returning the faulty or incorrect products to us and delivering the repaired or replaced products to you.
Warranty
We warrant that the products we resell are of acceptable quality, fit for their intended purpose and match their description on this website. This warranty is in addition to any other rights or remedies that you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Our warranty does not cover any issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse or improper handling by you.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us by email at hello@creaturecadets.com within 7 days of discovering the issue and provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, and photos of the issue.
We will assess your claim and offer you a repair, replacement or refund at our discretion, subject to applicable laws. We will cover the cost of returning the faulty products to us and delivering the repaired or replaced products to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense that you or any third party may suffer or incur in connection with your use of this website or purchase of our products. This includes but is not limited to any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity; any injury, death or illness; any damage to property; any breach of contract; any negligence; any fraud; or any violation of any law.
Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that you may have under Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us from and against any loss, damage, cost or expense that we may suffer or incur as a result of or in connection with your breach of these terms and conditions; your use of this website or your purchase.
